Do you have experience in Technical troubleshooting support?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * High school diploma or equivalent; strong mechanical aptitude.

 * Preferred: 2+ years in high-volume manufacturing.
 * Effective written and verbal communication; collaborative, organized, and skilled at troubleshooting.
 * Computer and basic math proficiency to read drawings, review specifications and work instructions, and report line performance.
 * Detail-oriented; adaptable to shifting priorities; experienced with measuring devices.
 * Schedule flexibility for 8- or 12-hour shifts, day or off-shifts, plus weekends, holidays, and overtime.

## Description

Operate, maintain, and improve a fleet of automated and robotic equipment while ensuring every unit produced meets rigorous standards for safety, quality, and timing., * Safety leadership: follow plant safety policies, participate in the Safety Program, and report all incidents and near-misses.

 * Housekeeping excellence: uphold a clean, orderly work area through daily 5S practices and vehicle safety checks.
 * Production operations: run multiple machines concurrently; adjust parameters to avoid downtime and minimize scrap while sustaining OEE targets.
 * Quality ownership: apply the positive release program; inspect output; respond to defects; document findings; summarize rework and waste; and enter results in the quality database.
 * Measurement expertise: use gauges and inspection tools; complete all required charting and production records to meet/exceed standards.
 * Continuous improvement: collaborate with teammates to recommend process changes and serve on CI teams to drive out waste and reduce operating costs.
 * Compliance-driven mindset: follow BRC Food Safety Policy, GMPs, HACCP principles, ISO 14001, and OSHA requirements at all times.
 * Documentation and training: help draft SOPs and work instructions that elevate best practices.
 * Technical support: execute and record daily/weekly/monthly maintenance; assist with trial runs (SMA's), installations, overhauls, and upgrades.
 * Flex support: operate a forklift when required; provide break relief; perform other duties as assigned.
