The selected candidate will lead test planning, execution, verification, validation, and evaluation activities supporting hardware, software, network, and mission system capabilities. The Test & Evaluation Lead will work closely with engineers, architects, operators, mission stakeholders, and program leadership to ensure capabilities are thoroughly tested, validated, and assessed prior to operational deployment. This role requires expertise in system testing, integration testing, operational evaluation, verification and validation methodologies, and mission-focused assessment activities supporting complex defense and space environments. This role is onsite in Colorado Springs, CO.
