Do you have experience in Productivity software support?, * 13 years of experience in IT support, help desk, desktop support, or a related technical role.

 * Strong knowledge of Windows and/or macOS operating systems.
 * Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or similar cloudbased productivity platforms.
 * Familiarity with Active Directory, user account administration, and access management.

## Description

We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused IT Support Specialist to provide technical assistance and support to employees across the organization. In this role, you will troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues while ensuring a high level of customer service. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver who can work independently and efficiently manage multiple support requests in a fast-paced environment., * Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support requests submitted via ticketing system, email, phone, or chat.

 * Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
 * Install, configure, maintain, and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, operating systems, and business applications.
 * Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across enterprise systems and cloud platforms.
 * Support Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other businesscritical applications.
 * Configure and troubleshoot printers, peripherals, VPN connections, and remote access tools.
 * Document support requests, resolutions, and technical procedures within the ticketing system.
 * Escalate complex issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors when necessary.
 * Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding, including device provisioning, account setup, and access management.
 * Maintain IT asset inventory and track equipment assignments and lifecycle management.
 * Contribute to the development and maintenance of internal knowledge base articles and user documentation.
 * Monitor system performance and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
