Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement * Evaluate workflows across Finance, Payroll, Project Controls, and Field Operations. * Recommend and implement configuration changes to increase efficiency. * Document business processes, system settings, integrations, and customizations. User Support, Training & Documentation * Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 user support for complex CMiC issues. * Develop training materials, job aids, and onboarding resources. * Lead training sessions and coach teams to improve adoption. Data Quality, Reporting & Analytics * Maintain data quality standards through audits and validations. * Support data integrations between CMiC and other enterprise systems. Technical Expertise & Integrations * Collaborate with developers and consultants on integrations using APIs and ETL tools. * Assist with design, testing, and deployment of CMiC customizations. * Support workflows, forms, document management, and automation. Project Management * Lead or support CMiC-related projects including upgrades and module rollouts. * Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements. * Maintain project documentation, test scripts, and change management plans. Vendor & Stakeholder Management * Act as the main point of contact with CMiC support and consultants. * Coordinate escalations and enhancement requests. * Evaluate new CMiC features, modules, and enhancements.
