This strategic technical leadership role requires a seasoned professional who will lead our interoperability team in building and scaling cutting-edge solutions that enable seamless, secure, and compliant health data exchange across diverse healthcare ecosystems. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in FHIR standards and healthcare APIs with proven leadership experience in managing high-performing data engineering and interoperability teams. As a Lead of Interoperability Engineering, you will be a critical member of the Health Care Data Interoperability team responsible for building and maintaining real-time data pipelines and data infrastructure that connects to thousands of healthcare data sources around the country to bring together a person's health record in one place.
