General Ledger and Financial Accounting Hub). * Minimum of 5 years of experience in a functional advisory or consulting role on Oracle Cloud transformation Project. * Minimum of 5 years of experience of end-to-end Record to Report business processes. * Minimum of 1 full life-cycle implementation of Oracle Cloud FIN implementations. * Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years work experience). If Associate degree, must have equivalent minimum 6 year work experience. * Minimum of 1 Oracle Cloud certification. The work: * Facilitate design workshops with business stakeholders to understand Record to Report (R2R) business requirements; demonstrate understanding of business needs and recommend robust design. * Help clients understand leading Record to Report business processes so they can transform their business with Oracle. * Spot strategies, risks, and options, and then recommend approaches that sidestep problems and help clients and functions meet their needs. * Give clients options for designs using prototypes. * Work with the project team, team leaders, project delivery leads, and client stakeholders to create stand-out Record to Report solution offering powered by Oracle Cloud. * Lead, coach, and advise a small project team (depending upon the structure of a project) to design, set-up, test, and deploy Oracle Record to Report solutions and ensure that all the pieces work together in an integrated environment; understand and apply Oracle methodologies. * Plan and organize tasks and report progress on the track/deliverables. * Gain the trust of your client, teammates, and managers to make sure projects get delivered. * Keep growing your skills to help your team with business development and sales efforts. * Stay in the know on leading industry trends and Oracle features to give your clients the best solutions for their needs. Travel may be required for this role.
