## Description

ECU Department of ITCS Client Support - Pirate Techs Technology Support Center is currently seeking Student Technicians.

The student technicians are responsible for assisting ECU students, faculty, and staff with walk-in technology support requests and also provide Pirate ID account support.

Our student technicians provide assistance with:

 * Pirate ID account support - account activation, password resets, MFA support
 * Installing / troubleshooting ECU-supported software
 * Troubleshooting connectivity to ECU's wired and wireless networks
 * Troubleshooting hardware and software issues
 * Identifying and removing malware
