## About the Role

Do you have experience in Graphic design software?, * Strong experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (this is non-negotiable)

 * Ability to design AND think commercially (what actually sells)
 * Highly organized with strong time management and deadline execution
 * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-driven environment
 * Someone who takes ownership and doesn't need to be micromanaged

Bonus Points (Highly Valuable):

 * Experience with team sports apparel or custom clothing
 * Knowledge of screen printing, embroidery, or sublimation workflows
 * Experience building or managing team stores (InkSoft, Shopify, etc.)
 * Understanding of e-commerce, conversion, and marketing strategy
 * Ability to create ads that actually drive sales (not just look good)

## Description

What You'll Be Responsible For:

 * Design logos, uniforms, and fanwear graphics for teams and organizations
 * Build and launch custom online team stores (fanwear + uniforms)
 * Prepare production-ready artwork (screen print, embroidery, sublimation)
 * Create high-converting mockups and product visuals
 * Develop marketing content (ads, emails, social media) to drive store sales
 * Manage and grow social media presence (Facebook, Instagram)
 * Assist with website updates and improvements (Shopify or similar platforms)
 * Collaborate with our team to improve store performance and customer experience
