## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Woodworking?, * Strong handyman and general maintenance experience required.

 * Extensive knowledge of residential property maintenance and repair.
 * Ability to diagnose problems and determine effective solutions with minimal supervision.
 * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
 * Dependable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively.
 * Ability to lift, carry, and move materials and equipment as required.
 * Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
 * Must be able to pass a background check and maintain a clean record.

## Description

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Field Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for completing maintenance and repair work orders in both tenant-occupied and vacant rental properties. The ideal candidate is highly skilled, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining excellent communication with tenants, property managers, and team members.

Responsibilities

 * Complete maintenance and repair work orders in occupied and vacant residential properties.
 * Troubleshoot and repair common issues involving plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall, painting, flooring, doors, windows, and general carpentry.
 * Perform preventative maintenance and property inspections as needed.
 * Communicate professionally with tenants and management regarding repairs and work order status.
 * Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
 * Work independently to prioritize and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
 * Assist the crew on rental property make-readies, renovations, and house flips as needed.
 * Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and professionalism.
