Do you have experience in Wireless networking?, This is not an entry-level role. We are looking for someone with professional IT experience, formal training, and the ability to work independently in a small business environment., * 3-5+ years of professional IT support or systems administration experience

 * Formal IT training and/or industry certifications
 * Strong knowledge of:

Preferred

 * Experience supporting small businesses
 * Experience with VPNs, VoIP systems, network equipment, and cybersecurity tools

## Description

We are seeking an experienced IT Administrator / IT Support Specialist to manage and support our company's day-to-day technology needs. This is a hands-on position supporting employees, maintaining systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and helping ensure reliable and secure business operations., * Provide on-site and remote technical support for employees

 * Troubleshoot hardware, software, printer, phone, and network issues
 * Configure and maintain computers, laptops, and office equipment
 * Manage Microsoft 365 accounts, permissions, and email systems
 * Support Wi-Fi, VPN access, remote desktop tools, and network connectivity
 * Assist with cybersecurity, software updates, and endpoint protection
 * Handle employee onboarding and offboarding
 * Maintain IT inventory, documentation, and vendor relationships
