## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Productivity software?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, Apollo MedFlight is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst Support to join our Information Technology team. This role plays a critical part in supporting operational efficiency by monitoring data trends, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing actionable insights to leadership.

 * Intermediate computer proficiency
 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and database tools
 * Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
 * Excellent written and verbal communication skills
 * Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
 * Meticulous attention to detail
 * Experience within emergency medical response, transport, or aviation environments preferred
 * Valid Driver's License required
 * Reliable attendance and professionalism, * Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field
 * Previous experience as a Data Analyst or similar role
 * Experience with:
 + Python
 + SQL Server
 + Geocoding
 + Power BI

Work Environment

This position is primarily office-based and involves prolonged computer and desk work. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced operational environment and may occasionally be required to travel or work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, or holidays as business needs require.

## Description

* Gather, analyze, and interpret operational and business data to identify trends and opportunities
 * Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reporting for leadership teams
 * Collaborate with Operations Management and department leaders to support company initiatives and performance goals
 * Monitor operational performance metrics and provide real-time insight when needed
 * Identify process improvement opportunities that enhance productivity and revenue performance
 * Stay informed on industry trends, market conditions, and emerging technologies
 * Support additional reporting and analytical projects as assigned
