## About the Role

Do you have experience in Telecommunications broadband network operations?, * Strong knowledge of IP networking concepts and protocols.

 * Experience with network monitoring and management tools.
 * Minimum 1 year of experience troubleshooting IP connectivity and hardware-related issues.
 * Proficiency with VPN, BGP, MPLS, and SIP technologies.
 * Ability to read and interpret network diagrams (Visio or similar tools).
 * Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
 * Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to critical incidents.

Preferred Skills

 * Experience in Network Operations Center (NOC) or Telecommunications environments.
 * Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCST, or Cisco CCNA.
 * ITIL Certification.
 * Experience monitoring and supporting AWS Cloud environments.

Roles and Responsibilities

 * Monitor and maintain computer networks and systems.
 * Ensure stability and performance of telecommunications infrastructure.
 * Respond to network alerts and troubleshoot technical issues.
 * Perform routine network performance monitoring and checks.
 * Coordinate with field technicians and engineering teams.
 * Maintain outage records and quality control documentation.
 * Execute incident response activities for remote and cloud operations.
 * Manage ServiceNow Incident, Change, and Problem Management processes.
 * Conduct remote network surveillance and event response.
 * Triage and resolve incidents within established SLA timelines.
 * Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for complex troubleshooting.
 * Provide customer support through phone, email, and service portals.
 * Communicate effectively with stakeholders during service-impacting incidents.
 * Manage and track vendor support tickets.
