* Ability to learn, adapt, and innovate on your own, with strong knowledge of Agile Development practices.

 * Basic knowledge and/or experience with Mainframe z/OS, JCL, TSO, ISPF.
 * Developer background to aid with service ticket resolution from the user perspective.
 * Ability to work closely with internal user clients to resolve issues.
 * Mid-level knowledge of IBM Utilities i.e. IEBCOPY, IEBGENER, etc., * Minimum 7 - 10 years of experience in Information Technology
 * Experience with: Mainframe z/OS and Horizon platforms, z/OS USS, z/OS Connect, Jenkins, Ansible, IDZ and/or Eclipse based software.

 * Demonstrate technical expertise and knowledge.
 * Lead resolution processes for complex problems where analysis of situations or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors.
 * Develop technical solutions, automation of processes and lead individual or small team initiatives.
 * Communicate across various audiences including technical, managerial and vendors.
