Infrastructure, Security & Cloud Operations * Own enterprise infrastructure: networks, servers, cloud platforms, virtualization, storage, and DR systems * Lead cybersecurity strategy - vulnerability management, endpoint protection, access controls, security monitoring * Ensure full HIPAA compliance; develop and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans * Drive cloud transformation, modernization, and technology standardization initiatives 3. Software Development & Integration Services * Oversee development and maintenance of proprietary applications, customer portals, and reporting systems * Direct HL7 interfaces, EHR connectivity, LIS integrations, and third-party platform integrations * Manage SDLC, software architecture, DevOps, release management, and QA processes * Drive AI adoption, automation, and digital transformation initiatives 4.
