You will join a multi-functional team collaborating to administer and support numerous Collaboration Platforms at this organization. Collaborating with our senior Google Workspace Administrator, you will administer the organization''s Google Workspace ecosystem on a daily basis while evolving this ecosystem over time to help the internal users leverage the full potential of Google Workspace through Automations, Integrations and Self-Service. Your focus will be the resolution of elevated Google Workspace support requests and incidents our IT Help Desk cannot resolve on their own. As time and capacity allows, you will also have the opportunity to participate in our continuous improvement initiatives across this organization''s Google Workspace ecosystem, including but not limited to Gmail, Google Drive, Google Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gemini, Google Forms, Google Calendar, Google Meet, Google Vault and the Google Workspace Marketplace.
