This role involves hands-on installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of enterprise networking equipment across office and plant floor locations. Candidates must be comfortable working in industrial environments and wearing required PPE, including steel-toed boots and other plant safety gear. Responsibilities * Design, configure, and install network infrastructure equipment including: + Routers + Switches + Wireless Access Points + Voice Gateways + UPS systems * Support break-fix, moves, adds, and changes activities * Perform cabling, terminations, rack mounting, and patch panel installations * Participate in network infrastructure deployment projects * Conduct site surveys and assist in developing Statements of Work (SOW) * Create and maintain network diagrams using Microsoft Visio * Troubleshoot Ethernet, TCP/IP, fiber-optic, and structured cabling issues * Work collaboratively with project and infrastructure teams, We work to deliver profitability in your business - with effective communication, consulting, and interactive solutions.
