adaptability and willingness to embrace significant changes to existing systems * Strong Excel skills for analyzing and transferring data * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Resourcefulness and attention to detail * Ability to manage multiple tasks with frequent interruptions * Ability to manage projects with conflicting deadlines * Proven ability and interest in working in a team environment while also managing individual responsibilities independently * Ability to own complex projects from inception to completion * Eagerness to work with students and their families * Eagerness to be part of the administrative team for Thomas MacLaren School Education: High School Diploma Experience: * Experience working with a variety of data systems (e.g., student information system, assessment platforms, customer support ticket system, and similar tools) * Experience working with PowerSchool preferred ## Description General Purpose: The Data Systems Specialist supports assigned data systems used by the school, ensuring a positive experience for staff, students and parents., * Serve as the system administrator, or support to the system administrator, for data systems used by the school + Monitor release notes;
