As our Product Design Lead for AI Platforms & Agentic Workflows, you'll shape how users interact with AI across Brand Mentality, MCP-powered experiences, agents, and intelligence workflows. This role is for a senior designer who can simplify complex systems, design intuitive AI experiences, and create workflows that help users move from insight to action. You should be comfortable designing for chat, agents, dashboards, data-heavy products, and enterprise workflows. You'll work closely with Product, Engineering, Data Science, and client-facing teams to turn ambiguous AI capabilities into clear, usable, and trusted product experiences.
