Our platform puts AI to work on complex, high-stakes operations. The experience layer matters as much as what is running underneath it. We are looking for a UX Designer who can take complex workflows and make them feel intuitive. Our users are founders, COOs, GPs, and Managing Partners. They have high expectations, zero patience for friction, and they will notice every rough edge. This is not a role for someone who designs consumer apps or marketing pages. We need someone who has wrestled with genuinely complex, data-heavy products - and knows how to bring clarity to things that are hard.
