Preferred Qualifications * Experience with macOS administration, Jamf Pro, and Apple Business Manager. * Familiarity with BigFix, PDQ Suite, Graylog, and enterprise monitoring tools. * Experience with Druva or comparable enterprise backup solutions. * Knowledge of Federal cybersecurity frameworks including FISMA, NIST 800-53, and RMF. * Exposure to vulnerability scanning tools and remediation workflows. * Experience supporting scientific research or research computing environments. * Active Directory administration experience. * CompTIA Security+, Linux+, or equivalent technical certifications. ## Description RIVA Solutions is seeking a System Administrator II to provide operational IT support, systems administration, asset management, and customer service for NOAA research and operational programs.
