## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows Server administration?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * 2+ years of Information Security experience.

 * 2+ years of Help Desk or Technical Support experience.
 * Experience with Splunk and Tenable.
 * Knowledge of Windows Server, Windows Workstations, and Microsoft 365.
 * Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
 * Strong troubleshooting, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred:

 * Associate degree in Information Technology or related field.
 * Security+, Network+, Microsoft, or related certifications.

This role is ideal for an IT professional who enjoys both cybersecurity operations and hands-on technical support.

## Description

* Provide help desk and technical support to end users.
 * Monitor security alerts, logs, and vulnerability reports.
 * Support incident tracking, reporting, and remediation activities.
 * Work with security tools including Splunk and Tenable.
 * Support Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
 * Maintain support tickets and technical documentation.
 * Assist with compliance, security monitoring, and operational support.
