Experience: Experience managing projects, coordinating builds, creating design visualizations, or bringing physical spaces to life is strongly preferred. If you've worked in studio design, interiors, architecture, construction, experiential design, set design, production design, or related fields, we'd love to hear from you. ## Description We're looking for someone who can help design, manage, and coordinate studio build projects so nothing slips through the cracks. This is not a passive coordination role. This is not a "just follow up on tasks" role. This is not a role for someone who needs every detail handed to them. We need someone who can think critically, stay organized under pressure, and carry real responsibility across multiple moving pieces. You'll be working closely with leadership on studio buildouts, design coordination, project execution, 3D design development, and operational follow-through. Some days will move fast. Some projects will change direction. Some vendors and contractors will need pushing. You're expected to adapt, stay detail-oriented, and keep things moving.
