Do you have experience in vCenter?, * Strong experience in VMware (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

 * Hands-on expertise in Veeam Backup & Replication

 * Experience with Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) deployment and management

 * Knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policies

 * Experience with FSLogix profile management

 * Familiarity with Azure IaaS, networking, and storage services

 * Scripting skills (PowerShell preferred)

 * Experience with Azure security & identity management (Azure AD, MFA)

 * Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and business continuity

## Description

* Manage and maintain VMware environments (vSphere, ESXi, vCenter)

 * Perform VM provisioning, configuration, performance tuning, and troubleshooting

 * Monitor system performance and ensure high availability (HA), DRS, and clustering

 * Execute patching and lifecycle management for VMware infrastructure

 * Manage storage (SAN/NAS) integration and networking within virtual environments

 * Perform capacity planning and resource optimization

Veeam Backup & Disaster Recovery

 * Design, implement, and manage Veeam Backup & Replication solutions

 * Configure backup jobs, replication, and recovery strategies

 * Perform regular backup validation and restoration testing

 * Manage backup repositories, retention policies, and storage optimization

 * Ensure compliance with RPO/RTO requirements

 * Troubleshoot backup failures and ensure data integrity
