 * Fehlersuche und Entstörung von Hard und Software sowie Unterstützung bei der Erfassung von Störungen und Anforderungen über die Hotline

 * Dokumentation von Systemen, Installations- und Bedienungsanleitungen
 * Unterstützung von 240 Mitarbeitern bei IT-Fragen und technischen Problemen
 * Mitwirkung bei der Auswahl und Parametrisierung von Systemen und Geräten
 * Sei Teil eines familiengeführten Unternehmens mit Pioniergeist und Innovationsfreude, * Erstellung und Pflege von eingesetzten (Individual-) Lösungen (Skripte / Tools / Software) sowie ein Führerschein
 * Saubere, sorgfältige Arbeitsweise sowie Freude an strukturiertem Arbeiten mit klaren Aufgaben und Planung
 * Du möchtest Erwartungen übertreffen, um Menschen glücklich zu machen
