Preferred Experience · Experience supporting high-growth technology or fintech companies. · Familiarity with Fortinet and UniFi / Ubiquiti networking environments. · Experience with onboarding and offboarding workflows. · Experience with office relocations, hardware rollouts, or infrastructure projects. · Familiarity with SaaS management tools such as Torii. · Basic understanding of datacenter operations or network infrastructure deployments. ## Description ITDW GROUP is looking for an experienced IT Support Specialist to provide ongoing IT operational support for a company office in New York. The role includes day-to-day support for employees, endpoint management, onboarding and offboarding assistance, office technology support, meeting room support, and coordination with global IT teams. The specialist will provide reliable hands-on support onsite while also handling remote IT tasks and operational follow-ups on remote days. Work Schedule · 4 hours per day, 5 days per week. · Onsite: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday - New York office. · Remote: Monday and Friday - remote operational support. · Flexible overtime.
