Advanced degree (Masters or PhD) in computer science, mathematics/statistics or a related field (preferred). * 5 + years prior experience working in IT / software engineering with machine learning development * 5+ years of knowledge of in one or more of the following programming languages: Python, C++, C# * 5+ years of experience in problem solving skills with an emphasis on IT product development * Strong experience with Microsoft 365 Copilot architecture, feature lifecycle, and rollout planning * Ability to interpret new AI features and align them to enterprise use cases and product strategy * Hands-on knowledge of Copilot extensibility, including agents, connectors, and data sourcing * Strong architectural documentation and executive communication skills * Experience leading large-scale enterprise initiatives across IT, Security, and Business teams (e.g., portfolio, roadmap, demand intake) * 3+ years of knowledge of a variety of machine learning techniques and their real-world advantages/drawbacks * 3+ years of knowledge of a software engineering and architecture * Process/project management experience or training/certifications (preferred). ## Description As a AI & Emerging Technology Researcher/AI Product Architect - Enterprise Copilot & AI Solutions you accelerate and support the ongoing activities in the field of IT Innovation and Emerging Technologies. Identifie and define applications of emerging technologies to address business relevant chalanges. Designs and implements prototypes of applications including front- / back-end and machine learning components. Works with different business units to understand the business demands with respect to Innovation and Emerging Technologies.
