## About the Role

Do you have experience in Windows support?, We are seeking an experienced and motivated Windows Server Administrator to join our IT team on a part-time basis. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience managing Microsoft Windows Server environments and working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM)., * 3+ years of experience administering Microsoft Windows Server environments.

 * Working knowledge of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM/SCCM).
 * Experience with:
 + Windows Server 2016/2019/2022.
 + Active Directory.
 + Group Policy.
 + DNS and DHCP.
 + PowerShell scripting.
 + Server patching and security best practice.s
 * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision., * Experience with Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365 administration.
 * Familiarity with VMware or Hyper-V virtualization.
 * Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and endpoint security solutions.
 * Relevant Microsoft certifications are a plus.

## Description

This role will be responsible for maintaining server infrastructure, supporting endpoint management, ensuring system reliability, and assisting with ongoing IT projects.
Responsibilities:

 * Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot Windows Server environments.
 * Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and related Microsoft services.
 * Administer and support SCCM/MECM for software deployment, patch management, operating system deployment, and endpoint management.
 * Monitor server performance, security, and system availability.
 * Implement and maintain backup and disaster recovery procedures.
