## Description

An opportunity is available for a skilled and reliable IT Field Technician to support end users across office locations. This role is focused on delivering responsive, hands-on technical support, resolving day-to-day IT issues, and ensuring all workplace technology operates efficiently and effectively.

Core Responsibilities

 * Provide on-site technical support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile equipment
 * Diagnose and resolve a wide range of hardware, software, and network-related issues
 * Set up, configure, and maintain user workstations and office technology tools
 * Troubleshoot connectivity issues such as Wi-Fi, VPN access, and local network problems
 * Support hardware rollouts, upgrades, replacements, and system refresh initiatives
 * Maintain accurate tracking of IT assets and assist with inventory management
 * Manage incoming support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution
 * Support employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including equipment setup and access provisioning
 * Record detailed documentation of incidents, solutions, and technical procedures
