This role focuses on embedded firmware, with an emphasis on architecture, design, and technical leadership rather than hands-on coding. You'll guide development teams and help shape overall solution direction. What you'll do * Responsible for all Node device architecture design decisions. * Plan and lead the Technical Architecture analysis, design, and implementation of project application environments * Responsible for architecture documentation and for leading the technical review processes and obtaining technical approvals by the relevant technical bodies within Cooper Lighting Solutions * Leading the adoption of best-in-class software engineering practices, frameworks, and tools. You mentor and you provide guidance and feedback to other software developers. * Work within standard protocols to design usage in our products and support the intended functionality. Document and review these protocol decisions including coding proof of concept and assessment code.
