Do you have experience in Systems architecture within government?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Minimum 3 years using Enterprise Architecture frameworks such as:

 * FEAF
 * CEAF
 * MITA
 * TOGAF
 * Zachman
 * SOA
 * PEAF
 * Minimum 5 years Enterprise Architecture experience.
 * Minimum 3 years strategic planning and performance measurement experience.
 * Minimum 5 years performing current-state assessments and target architecture development.
 * Minimum 5 years enterprise portfolio management and roadmap development experience., * Bachelor's degree.
 * Process redesign methodologies (BPR, Six Sigma, TQM).
 * Sparx Enterprise Architect experience.
 * California Health & Human Services systems experience (SAWS, MEDS, CalHEERS).
 * Enterprise Architecture certification (TOGAF, FEAF, etc.).
 * MITA initiative experience.
 * Strong executive communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

## Description

* Develop enterprise architecture frameworks and roadmaps.
 * Create current-state and future-state architecture models.
 * Support MITA Technical Architecture initiatives.
 * Lead portfolio management and technology strategy development.
 * Conduct business outcome analysis and architecture assessments.
 * Support cloud, interoperability, API, identity management, and analytics initiatives.
 * Develop architecture standards, governance processes, and reusable solution patterns.
