## About the Role

Do you have experience in Technical Proficiency?, * Leadership: Demonstrate initiative and an ownership mindset by identifying and initiating value-add opportunities, both internally and externally

 * Problem-Solving: Leverage strategic thinking and focus on root causes to constructively solve problems
 * Effective Communication: Exhibit the ability to set and manage client's expectations, along with the ability to communicate comprehensively and cohesively in written and verbal form
 * Operational Understanding: Meet client needs through a strong grasp of processes, technology, and objective use of data
 * Teamwork: Collaborate effectively with management and team members., * Education: Bachelor's degree in engineering, sciences, or business
 * Experience: 2-4 years of relevant experience in a project environment serving customers and/or internal stakeholders (e.g., external or internal consulting or similar corporate roles with a mix of day-to-day operations and time-bound project experiences is preferable)
 * Communication:

 + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
 + Experience and strong ability working across functions and seniority levels.
 * Technical Skills:

 + Proficiency in data analytics and management utilizing Google Suite, cloud platforms, and/or various integrations (e.g., Sheets, Salesforce, AWS)
 + Experience with technology platforms such as ERPs, CRMs, or related niche technologies
 + Understanding of SaaS business model
 + Ability to learn and assess customer data related needs utilizing various process methodologies such as Six Sigma or similar analytical frameworks

Preferred Qualifications

 * Experience with SQL and/or Python
 * An interest/experience in sustainability and ESG initiatives

## Description

* Work closely with customers to resolve data issues
 * Present data analysis reports to internal and external stakeholders
 * Develop effective actions and guidelines that enable process improvements
 * Manage the customer onboarding process to Conservice ESG platform and oversee ongoing maintenance
 * Manage customer relationships to promote and create value through strong business acumen, problem-solving skills, and relationship-building
 * Work with Goby's internal leaders and teams to continuously improve company products and offerings to drive growth
