* Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Entwicklung moderner Web-Applikationen über den gesamten Stack (Frontend, Backend, APIs) - idealerweise mit Tech-Stacks wie TypeScript/React oder Angular im Frontend und .NET/Java/Node.js im Backend. Du kennst den Unterschied zwischen "es funktioniert" und "es ist produktionsreif".
 * Ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Informatik, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Medizininformatik, Mathematik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung - bevorzugt von einer renommierten Universität - und den Anspruch, saubere Modelle, sauberen Code und durchdachte Architekturen abzuliefern.
 * Nachweisbare Praxis in der Integration von KI-Services und LLM-Features in produktive Anwendungen (z. B. via REST, gRPC, OpenAI-/Azure-OpenAI-/ähnliche APIs) und Erfahrung darin, aus Prototypen robuste, wartbare Schnittstellen zu machen.
 * Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anbindung von REST-APIs, Datenpipelines und Cloud-Services sowie ein klares Bewusstsein für Security, Performance, Observability und Wartbarkeit - du denkst Deployments, Logs und Alerts von Anfang an mit.
 * Ein ausgeprägtes Ownership-Mindset, hohe Qualitätsansprüche und Freude daran, dein Wissen zu teilen. Du kommunizierst sicher auf Deutsch und Englisch, bewegst dich souverän in interdisziplinären, internationalen Teams und hast Lust, mit uns AI-basierte Lösungen zu bauen, die im Gesundheitswesen wirklich etwas verändern.
