## Description

* Aufbau, Steuerung und fachliche Führung lokaler Engineering-Teams am Standort Pune (Indien)
 * Enge Zusammenarbeit mit deutschen Fachbereichen in gemeinsamen Entwicklungs- und Testprojekten
 * Mitarbeit in internationalen Kundenprojekten mit OEMs im Umfeld Elektrik/Elektronik (E/E)
 * Unterstützung beim Kompetenzaufbau sowie bei der fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung der Kolleginnen und Kollegen in Indien
 * Koordination von Arbeitspaketen, Reporting sowie Abstimmung mit internationalen Stakeholdern
 * Mitarbeit in der Funktionsentwicklung oder im Softwaretest - abhängig von Schwerpunkt und Erfahrung
 * Ausführung der Tätigkeit erfolgt dauerhaft vor Ort in Pune
