## About the Role

Do you have experience in Data visualization software proficiency?, Building data pipelines

Database administration

Managing data warehouses or lakehouses

Creating core backend semantic models

Heavy DAX engineering (though basic DAX knowledge is helpful)Design, develop, Requirements Strong experience with Power BI report development and design

Additional Preferred skills:

Experience working with Microsoft Fabric

Experience with enterprise reporting environments

Familiarity with KPI dashboards and operational reporting

Experience working alongside BI developers and data engineering teams

## Description

We are looking for a Power BI Report Developer Visualization Specialist to join our analytics team.

This role is focused on building clean, user-friendly, and effective Power BI reports and dashboards using existing datasets, semantic models, and measures created by our data engineering and BI development team.

The ideal candidate is strong in report design, user experience, visual storytelling, and translating business requirements into meaningful dashboards.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards

Design clear, professional, and user-friendly visualizations

Work with business users to understand reporting needs

Use existing semantic models, measures, and datasets created by the BI development team

Create report layouts, drill-throughs, navigation, filters, and interactive experiences

Optimize report usability and performance from the front-end/report layer

Ensure reports are visually consistent and easy to understand

Collaborate with BI developers when additional measures, calculations, or data changes are needed

Test reports for accuracy and usability before deployment

This Role Does NOT Focus On

Data imports or ETL processes
