## About the Role

Do you have experience in Version control systems?, MalterTech is seeking a highly motivated and talented Junior Web Developer. The successful candidate will have a genuine passion for web development and a desire to learn and grow within the industry. The compensation for this position will be salaried., * Good communication skills

 * Strong problem-solving skills
 * Detail oriented
 * Experience with front-end web development languages (vanilla HTML, CSS, and JavaScript)
 * Strong portfolio of previous web development work
 * Experience with version control systems such as Git
 * Basic understanding of how to interact with APIs using Fetch

Not required, but strongly recommended:

 * Experience with Liquid (commonly used on Shopify)
 * General understanding of object oriented programming

No college degree required.

## Description

* Develop new web pages and features using vanilla HTML, CSS and Javascript
 * Write well-documented code while adhering to the company style guide
 * Collaborate with designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality
 * Perform regular testing and debugging to ensure websites function as intended, * Testing and debugging your code on different screen sizes and devices.
 * Communicating with other members on the team regarding timelines and new features.
 * Engaging with clients regarding releasing new features.
