Good to have: advanced performance tuning, oracle exadata, advanced backup and recovery, expertise in database security and auditing, experience in a large enterprise environment

Experience level: senior level, 10+ years of experience as an oracle dba

Desired Profile:

 + Very strong in core database administration, troubleshooting, and scripting

 + Very good analytical skills and problem-solving ability a must

 + Very good communication skills

 + Very good project management skills

 + Strong background culture of delivering projects with first time right / zero defects in production
