## About the Role

Do you have experience in Web applications?, * Strong proficiency with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor, Copilot, and similar) as a daily part of your workflow, with the judgment to review and refine what they produce rather than ship it as-is

 * Solid experience building and shipping production web applications
 * Strong TypeScript and React skills, with comfort working across the stack
 * Good product instincts and the ability to take a feature from rough idea to working implementation without heavy oversight
 * Care for code quality alongside speed of delivery
 * Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated, while thriving in a startup company culture and fast-paced work environment

NICE TO HAVE

 * Experience with Supabase or Postgres
 * Experience shipping AI-assisted product features in production
 * Experience with document-heavy workflows, internal tools, or B2B SaaS products
 * Background in or genuine curiosity about climate, energy, or industrial technology

## Description

* Build and ship product features across the frontend and backend
 * Improve the internal workflow tool and the client-facing portal
 * Contribute to AI-assisted features for solicitation analysis, document workflows, and drafting support
 * Fix bugs and improve reliability as usage grows
 * Work closely with the founder and other collaborators to turn ideas into shipped functionality
 * Support related automation work across the company's operational and business development functions
