IDR is seeking a Production Support Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting mission-critical healthcare systems, ensuring operational excellence, and managing incident response efforts within a highly integrated healthcare technology environment. The company is committed to delivering reliable services that directly impact residents statewide and fosters a collaborative, dynamic work environment., * Responsible for real-time monitoring, incident management, and troubleshooting of complex healthcare systems.

 * Lead deployment governance, operational readiness, and continuous improvement initiatives.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure system health and data integrity.
 * Develop SOPs, conduct root-cause analysis, and enhance automation efforts to improve operational maturity.
 * Support managed file transfers, batch jobs, and EDI transactions while automating Linux-based processes.
