Office Equipment & IT Asset Management * Configure, deploy, track, and retrieve IT equipment, including laptops, monitors, and phones. * Support new employee onboarding by setting up devices, initializing systems, and installing required software. * Maintain accurate IT asset inventories to ensure traceability across multiple offices and remote teams. * Coordinate IT equipment allocation and technical support across different office locations. 3. Software & Company Security Management * Install, configure, and maintain company-required software and systems. * Manage endpoint security tools, including device management, antivirus software, firewalls, VPNs, and MDM solutions. * Ensure company data, accounts, and devices meet baseline information security and compliance standards. * Handle day-to-day IT support requests from employees, providing both remote and on-site support as needed. 4.
