Experience - Two (2) years of relevant work experience is preferred. Experience in a Healthcare environment is preferred. A combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of the education qualifications stated above. Licenses & Certification - Incumbent must be insurable and valid Oklahoma Driver's License is required. Complete specific job-related training and Epic certification. Knowledge & Skills - * Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitude. * Ability to work independently under minimum supervision. * Ability to communicate efficiently and effectively with department staff, tribal agencies, outside agencies and the general public both orally and in writing. * Ability to maintain a confident and professional demeanor., Work requires the demands of normal office work and the demands required to install, configure or perform maintenance on equipment and hardware. Incumbent must be able to lift objects of at least 50 pounds. Driving to other MCNDH facilities is required in the performance of duties. ## Description PC configuration and troubleshooting to include but not limited to operating system maintenance, hardware repair and troubleshooting and software installation/configuration., Satisfactory job performance will be determined by successful execution of the following: * Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners. * Monitoring and maintaining computer systems. * Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests. * Proving in person and remote support for users. * Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary. * Testing new technology. * Regular attendance is required. * Performs other duties as assigned.
