## Description

The Helpdesk Analyst serves as the first point of contact for technical support inquiries and is responsible for managing service requests, routing calls to appropriate teams, updating tickets, monitoring help desk communications, and providing backup front desk support as needed. This role requires strong multitasking abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in remote call handling, and proficiency with productivity tools such as the Microsoft Office Suite., * Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk calls, ensuring timely routing to the appropriate team

 * Enter and update service tickets in the CRM system accurately
 * Monitor and respond to Help Desk emails efficiently
 * Perform data entry of contracts and maintain accurate records
 * Provide backup support for front desk coverage as needed
 * Handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment
 * Perform various other duties as assigned to support the IT and customer service teams
 * Communicate effectively with both internal teams and external customers
 * Utilize productivity tools (e.g., MS Word, Excel, Outlook) to manage communications and scheduling
 * Maintain a positive and customer-centric attitude in all interactions
