## About the Role

Experience working with SAP HCM or similar HRIS systems
Experience using UKG/Kronos timekeeping systems
Knowledge of HR processes, employee lifecycle management, and payroll-related transactions
Experience handling union-related transactions and collective bargaining agreements
Strong data entry, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ideal Candidate
Experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HR Administration, or HR Service Desk environments
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong analytical and data management skills
Commitment to accuracy and compliance

## Description

Process employee transactions in SAP HCM, including:
New Hires
Rehires
Transfers
Promotions
Salary Changes
Employee Data Updates
Process employee terminations for multiple business units.
Perform historical edits and timekeeping updates using UKG (formerly Kronos).
Generate and maintain bi-weekly reports related to employee leave programs and compliance requirements.
Manage and process union dues and initiation fees according to applicable Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs).
Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in all HR transactions and employee records.
Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Service Desk and respond to employee inquiries as needed.
