Do you have experience in Team training?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * The ability to read and accurately file by number.

 * Must be able to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions.
 * Must be flexible and able to multi-task.
 * Ability to maintain a professional business image and work effectively with associates at all levels is required.
 * Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as independently is required.
 * A high school education or equivalent job related experience is preferred.
 * Basic knowledge of office etiquette, filing experience and computer knowledge. Experience in related field is preferred.

## Description

Auto-Owners Insurance, a top-rated insurance carrier, is seeking a motivated individual to join us as a Mailing Services Technician. This job requires the person to:

 * Sort and process incoming and outgoing company mail pieces.
 * Accurately file agency mail by numerical agency code and name.
 * Check and determine the most prudent mailing method.
 * Assemble and attach applicable forms and endorsements.
 * Thoroughly review filed documents and/or assembled policies for accuracy.
 * Operate mailing equipment and computer applications.
 * Those activities associated with mail operations, including, but not limited to frequently standing and walking for extended periods of time.
 * Occasionally required to lift or move up to 35 pounds, at times shoulder level, and maneuvering carts weighing up to 1,000 pounds.
 * Assist with the training of others.
 * Assist with other duties as assigned within the department or elsewhere on request
