## Description

The I.T. Manager is responsible to maintain 24/7 functional operations of the Parking Management system. This includes installation, maintenance, expansion and configuration of all applications and hardware.

 * Leads talent management processes, including hiring, coaching, disciplinary action, and separation, in accordance with company policies.
 * Manages all software/hardware related projects and ensures network and information security including, PCI compliance.
 * Directs use of parking systems to include monitoring, preventative maintenance, development, upgrades, testing and support.
 * Maintains documentation of current systems used by the organization
 * Ensure system, network and application architectures conform to corporate and departmental information security policies, standards and guidelines
 * Develops, maintains and manages relationships with internal (DotComm) and external vendors, service providers and hardware/software manufacturers.
 * Provides production support of software/hardware, troubleshoot issues and research/document patches/upgrades.
 * Serves as primary interface with Parking Management providing updates as needed.
 * Perform programming and software changes with local servers.
 * Proficient in developing and maintaining web applications using HTML, JavaScript, and PHP.
 * Responsible for IT related improvements and installations.
 * Manages and oversees IT and PARCS work orders.
 * Implements and operates preventative maintenance plan.
 * Understands network infrastructure and work with the local vendor(s).
 * Prepares business requirements, design and other technical documents when requested.
 * Participates in vendor contract negotiations and discussions.
 * Performs on-call duties, which may be required to work evenings, nights, weekends or holidays.
 * Adaptable to emerging technologies and capable of rapidly learning new systems and tools.
