 * Proven track record of program/project management at scale, or in equivalent roles.
 * Excellent organizational and time management skills, with high attention to detail.
 * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and cross-timezone global teams.

Preferred Qualification(s):

 * Experience in Privacy Products, User Lifecycle Data Management/Governance, or Social Media Community Risk Control industries;
 * Experience in infrastructure and cloud technologies, with understanding of cost optimization strategies and infrastructure build-up.
 * Experience driving initiatives related to system stability, engineering quality/efficiency, or solution architecture.

## Description

We're looking for a Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cross-functional technical programs across multiple domains at a global scale, including Data Lifecycle Governance, Privacy Products, and Business Risk Control. In this role, you will closely partner with Product, Engineering, Operations and broader stakeholders to build and implement scalable, auditable and globally compliant solutions to better protect TikTok users' data privacy, uphold compliance, safeguard TikTok community integrity, while driving continuous engineering efficiency improvements., * Lead end-to-end project management and cross-functional collaboration from planning through launch, including scrum delivery and resource planning, while establishing processes that enable engineering teams to operate efficiently at scale.

 * Identify opportunities for process improvements, streamline project management methodologies, and apply best practices across projects to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
 * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, executive leadership, and internal partners to ensure clear communication, alignment, and support for the project objectives.
 * Own the communication of project status, risks, and mitigation plans towards leadership, ensuring clear progress visibility while maintaining accurate project documentation are accessible to relevant stakeholders.
 * Monitor product and engineering efficiency through key metrics tracking, and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive continous improvement.
 * Maintain focus on strategic priorities and outcome-driven execution when navigating complex and ambiguous problems.
