Driving is required for this position. * STRONG knowledge of Windows 11 and Microsoft Office Suite * Must be comfortable working in VARIOUS roles which may include physical labor, light tech support, site setup and equipment assembly, supply inventory, general office tasks, and other supporting roles. * Hardware and Software installation. * Knowledge of troubleshooting and problem solving with technology. * Good communication and customer service skills. * Ability to multitask and work in a face paced environment. * Employee must have a valid North Carolina Driver's License. * Background check and drug screen required., * Associate (Preferred) License/Certification: * North Carolina Driver's License (Preferred) ## Description The Greer Group is recruiting IT Assistants for our client in Raleigh. These are temporary positions slated through November 2026! Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:15 PM.
