Employees must have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations. * The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis. ## Description We are looking for Staff Reliability Engineer to join our Hardware Engineering team within our Robotics Engineering organization. Your job will be to lead reliability engineering activities across new and existing robotic platforms, ensuring products meet performance, durability, and lifecycle expectations throughout development and production. What We Do The Hardware Engineering team is part of the Robotics Engineering organization, which is responsible for developing and delivering Symbotic's industry-leading automation and robotics solutions. The team drives the design, validation, and continuous improvement of robotic systems that power high-performance warehouse automation at scale.
