Equivalent combinations of education and applicable experience may be considered. * 5 or more years of experience in SCADA systems design, commissioning, trouble shooting, or performance support within utility-scale renewable energy or power generation projects. * 3 or more years of experience leading or mentoring technical teams required. * Travel to project sites as required (up to approximately 50%). ## Description Provides leadership, technical oversight, and resource management for the SCADA Commissioning function across utility-scale solar projects. Leads SCADA Commissioning Technicians and ensures successful deployment, integration, and commissioning of SCADA systems in alignment with project schedules, design intent, and contractual requirements. Serves as the primary liaison between Engineering, Commissioning, Procurement, and third-party vendors to ensure technical alignment, quality execution, and continuous improvement across all SCADA commissioning activities. Partners closely with the Senior Manager - Commissioning, Performance Engineers, Project Engineering, Construction teams, and external stakeholders to support safe operations, reliable plant performance, and accurate data acquisition throughout commissioning and performance testing.
