You'll lead a small team of IT professionals, manage our core systems and vendor relationships, and set the technical direction for how Hireology's internal environment scales with the business. This isn't a break-fix role - it's a strategic one. The work ranges from evaluating new tooling and driving security posture improvements to partnering with People Ops and Finance on employee lifecycle systems. You'll report to the VP of Operations and work closely with Engineering, Finance, and HR leadership.
