Nice to Have * Experience in healthcare, life sciences, or regulated environments * Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP or enterprise platforms * Salesforce certifications (Architecture, Integration, Data, etc.), * Do you have 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Architect role? * Have you designed end-to-end Salesforce architecture (data model, integrations, security, and automation) in an enterprise environment? * Do you have hands-on experience designing solutions on the Salesforce (Force.com) platform? * Do you have experience architecting integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems (e.g., ERP, finance, data/reporting platforms)? * Have you worked with modern integration patterns (APIs, events, middleware, or real-time integrations)? * Have you guided or overseen a vendor-led Salesforce implementation (reviewing architecture, design, and delivery decisions)? * Have you worked with Salesforce-based or Force.com-based applications beyond traditional CRM use cases (e.g., operational systems, managed packages, or vertical solutions)? * Do you have experience with data migration, data modeling, and ensuring data quality within Salesforce implementations? * Are you located in the Washington, DC / Baltimore, MD metro area and able to travel to Leesburg, VA as needed?
